Former Disney Executive and investor James Bulmer now steers the talented team at Wonderland Restaurants as founder and Chief Creative Officer. 


Mark Garston is a chemical engineer by background with a passion for food. Having joined The Fat Duck in 2013, Mark became integral to the development team and soon ran The Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen (FDEK) as the Head of Central Development.


His role at Wonderland is centred around innovation and working closely with the kitchen team on new projects.


With his strong background in finance, Ben Gregory oversaw commercial partnerships as the Head of Business Development for The Fat Duck Group.


As Commercial Director for Wonderland, he takes the lead on licensed brands and planning.


Chris Cox is a mentalist magician – a self-proclaimed "mind-reader who can't read minds". He is "The Geek" in Killer Magic on BBC Three as well as the writer and producer for Matt Edmondson on BBC Radio 1. More recently Chris has worked on the magic behind the Harry Potter stage show. The Guardian has also called him "One of the most exciting entertainers in Britain". As Chief Illusionist at Wonderland Restaurants, Chris is responsible for adding his magical touch to all creative projects.

Trevor Stephens has over 30 years experience in senior business management roles within contracting, project management and development organisations both in the UK, wider Europe and the Caribbean.


Stuart Singer has been involved in the world of food PR for over a decade, working on some of the UK’s leading restaurant groups and chefs. At one of the top PR agencies in hospitality, Stuart managed multiple teams as Commercial Director at Roche Communications for over eight years, before taking his first in-house role at Wonderland as Head Of Communications. 


As the former editor of the Michelin Guide to Great Britain & Ireland for 13 years, Derek Bulmer is known as one of the most well-respected people in the hospitality industry, having awarded stars to some of the UK’s most celebrated chefs and restaurateurs.
