Head Of People & Culture

Are you a people-centric leader who will inject their fun, infectious personality into the role? As a Head of People & Culture, with us personality and experience are essential.

Working alongside our Senior team you will be responsible for supporting and curating all things related to the team for our venue here at Wonderland. You will have overall responsibility for the life-cycle of an employee - recruitment, selection, appraisal, team development and training, and understanding and implementing employment legislation and welfare. As Head of People & Culture you will make sure the recruiting strategies and HR policies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones. 

You must have at least 3 years’ experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR role, fluent level of English, written and oral and experience of working in the Hospitality is essential.


Ensure culture and ethos across the group are linked to brand values and core company identity.
Champion a high-performance culture with a focus on successful outcomes, and a clear direction for how individual development plans contribute to the group’s performance culture.
Create and execute a plan for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that aligns with our values, business strategy and commitments to our employees, clients, and communities
Support and contribute towards the evolution of an employee culture that reinforces our core values and drives the desired behaviours, including internal communications and employee recognition programs
Own and improve staff communications and relations, particularly as it relates to change management as the company grows and evolves
Interview and select candidates
Evaluate candidates on a number of factors
Compare candidates to performance benchmarks and forecast career development
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
